Kyrgyz Goods on Ebay & Etsy

JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS!!!

There is a big batch of Kyrgyz goods up for auction on Ebay. Follow this link and start bidding! John from actofkindness bought all these items from an orphanage they work with--they are all made by the children!!! He already blessed them by buying all these things, and blessed us by getting them back to the states so folks with a piece of their heart in Kyrgyzstan can enjoy them in their homes! All proceeds from the Ebay fundraiser will go back to the orphans...John and his team will use their discretion as to what exactly it goes toward. Here's John's post on the kids and the items they make.

Add the Sugarplum blog to your subscriptions/reader so you can receives updates on this effort!

The items are so well made...wish you could see them all in person! The detail is just incredible! There are ornaments, pouches, slippers....and the item many of you have been waiting for--nativities! The starting prices reflect a fair price for the item, considering the quality, WHO made them, and the costs associated with a member of John's team shipping the giant box from Canada to the states.

Also, there are still some Kyrgyz wool felt flower clips/pins in my Etsy shop. These are separate from the Ebay fundraiser, although all proceeds from Sugarplum Boutique go toward orphans/adoption, and the proceeds from the Kyrgyz flowers will go toward helping Kyrgyz orphans, also. There are also many other items available for holiday shopping--please remember Sugarplum Boutique for the little ones (even the boys!) in your lives....great gifts for a great cause!!!

If you purchase multiple items from the Ebay fundraiser, Etsy shop, or a flower garland (info below), you can wait for me to invoice you via paypal, so that you only pay for the items and shipping all at once, rather than multiple transactions. This will save you on shipping costs. Just contact me at sugarplum.orders(at)gmail.com and let me know if you'd like to wait and pay for everything all at once.

I still have some Kyrgyz flower garlands left if anyone's interested! Here's a pic of the flower garland, and more information can be found in this previous post.
