Adoptive Family Fundraising :: Giveaway :: and More!

SHOP ONLINE

Click here for online Sugarplum shopping on Etsy. More items will be added this week! Contact me if you don't see exactly what you're needing or the quantities you're needing. I can't promise I can take on additional custom orders throughout December, but it just depends on what you're wanting, so don't hesitate to email me! Email: sugarplum.orders(at)gmail.com

TELL YOUR FRIENDS

The VAST majority of Sugarplum supporters have arrived by word of mouth! So please tell your friends about Sugarplum Boutique if you think they'd like meaningful, quality gifts this holiday season with all proceeds going toward a great cause! Thank you thank you for those who have spread word about S.B.! It is so appreciated!

ANOTHER EBAY FUNDRAISER

I have located more handmade Kyrgyz felt goods and will have them on Ebay soon, as well as several brand new Vera Bradley handbags. I know, kind of random. A portion of proceeds from this round of Ebay fundraising will go toward helping orphans in Kyrgyzstan through this incredible team, and a portion will go toward our family's adoption expenses (Kyrgyzstan). I'll let you know when the Ebay items are ready for bidding--just wanted to give you the heads up.

ADOPTIVE FAMILY FUNDRAISING

I would love to help your family with adoption fundraising! Email me and let's talk about the details! sugarplum.orders(at)gmail.com. Essentially, you'd direct your family/friends to the Etsy shop and if they make a purchase, a big percentage of their purchase would go back to your family's adoption fund (the other percentage would go in the general S.B. fund). You could do this in December or a later date. If your family and friends and blog readers have holiday shopping to do anyway, why not send them to S.B.? I will accept a few families at a time, so let me know soon if you're interested! For various reasons, one preliminary requirement is that you have a blog.

GIVEAWAY!!!

Here's a chance to win free merchandise from Sugarplum Boutique for your own daughters or for holiday gifts! You will win $35 in merchandise that you can choose from the Etsy shop, or you can do a custom order. There's no deadline on when you have to pick out your stuff; it doesn't have to be before Christmas. To enter, you have to leave a comment (say whatever's on your mind!), and then you can earn extra entries by doing the following:

  • Post on your blog about Sugarplum Boutique and link to this post (3 entries). Don't forget to say in your post about the mission of S.B.--to support orphans and adoption!
  • Put the Sugarplum Boutique button on your sidebar (5 entries).
  • Become a fan on Facebook--you can do this in the sidebar of this blog (2 entries).
  • Subscribe to the S.B. blog (3 entries).
  • Sign up for the S.B. email newsletter, which is sent approximately once a month, and you'll be the first to know about updates, announcements, and special offers (3 entries).
  • Tell some friends in person about S.B. (1 point per person, up to 5 points).
I trust you on the last one to report accurately :) And it has to be new people, not someone you might've told a couple months ago. If you are earning extra entries, leave a comment and let me know which ones you did (and the link to your blog!). You have until Tuesday the 24th, 9 pm Central Time for your entries. The winner will be announced on the blog Wednesday morning. Be sure to check back, or just subscribe and let the announcement come to you!

Thanks everyone!!!

I had ordered the butterfly ribbon clips from you a while back and went nuts when I received them. Not only are they cute, but they are very well made. My girls tend to be (how do I say...) a little rough. These have held up beautifully! I sent some to my girlfriend...she went nuts about them too! Thanks for all you do!

Kendra,
Caroline is finally starting to leave the bows in for a longer part of the day! We really enjoy the ones you've made. I am already a fan on FB, get your newsletters, & blog updates! I've a friend who just this morning had a little girl, but can't tell her personally since she's in Hays...was planning on sending her a link. Will that could for the recommendation?

I have honestly been looking for beautiful clips for my baby girls' hair since coming home on furlough in June (my husband and I are missionaries in Bolivia)! I saw your link on Shawnda's blog and am so excited to pick out a few, but can't choose between so many cute ones! As one who understands how far a little can go, I pray my little will help fulfill the task of taking care of orphans. Blessings on your ministry!
